When you’re passionate about the work you do, especially when that work involves caring for or supporting others, it can be hard to know when to turn it off.
Join us for our November FM Wellness | Gather, where we’ll welcome Morgan Lee of LiveWell Counseling for a conversation about finding our “off switch” in both our professional and personal lives. We’ll explore work-life balance, the pressure to always be doing more, and how to recognize when we’ve done enough. Morgan will share practical tools to help us create healthier boundaries, quiet our busy minds, and make more space for ourselves outside of the work we do.
As always, Gather is about more than just learning. It’s an opportunity to slow down, connect with others in our wellness…
