Valentine’s Day or not, single or partnered, we all deserve to slow down, check in, and care for ourselves. In this workshop, Dr. Caitlin Polstad, Certified Sex Therapist, will guide you in taking time to extend love and kindness to yourself, including your sexy self!
Start the year by acknowledging your WHOLE self. During the workshop, you’ll practice mindfulness exercises focused on self-love and connecting with your erotic self, and you’ll leave with embodied practices you can take home and continue on your own.
